As our Team Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for
Instructors and Franchise Enquiries. You will work closely with the Regional and Area Managers to support Instructors and Students.

We have been established in Ireland and N Ireland for over 20 years and we currently have 30 study centres throughout the Island.

The work will involve:
Building relationships with the Franchise Instructors and encourage them to participate in National and local marketing Campaigns.

Being the first point of call for Instructor queries

Liaising with HO departments and with Colleagues across the UK and communicating to Instructors
Responding to enquiries from Potential Franchisees regarding the Kumon method and the Franchise Recruitment process.
Managing the Vetting process of Instructor and Assistants to ensure Child Protection policies are adhered to in each centre. This will involve working with the National Vetting Bureau and Access NI.

Working with the Regional Manager to create and monitor financial budgets and targets and the submission of information to Head Office, as required.

Creating presentations to Senior Management.

To be successful in the role you will have:
Familiarity with Microsoft and its Apps
Strong written and verbal Communication skills

Attention to detail, initiative, and pride in all that you do
Familiarity and confidence in using social media channels

The confidence to work remotely and create your own schedule of work.

Work Pattern:
16 hours per week
Ideally 10:00 - 14:30 Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri
Recruitment: 
Stage 1 - Telephone Meeting with Recruitment Coordinator 
Stage 2 - Orientation Meeting; including proficiency tests in Maths, English, and Aptitude 
Stage 3 - Presentation to a panel, followed by a competency-based interview
