Salary €35,000 rising to €37,500 after six months

There are currently 30 study centres across the Island of Ireland, part of a network of 650 Franchise centres in the UK & Ireland.

We are looking for an Area Manger to work as part of a small Company team and to work closely with our Franchisees to develop and grow their centres within the local community.

The successful Candidate will develop a strong relationship with their Instructors. You will create a centre visit schedule that supports them and their students, whilst also supporting them remotely.
 
You will create a strategy to achieve your area goals in line with Company targets and identify new franchise locations to expand the Franchise network.

The goal is to ensure that the Franchise Instructors deliver our programmes effectively and build a strong reputation within the local Community. Thus, allowing them to be as profitable as possible.

Ideally, you will have some business and management experience and have a passion for education and self- development.


You will be expected to: 

  • act as coach, mentor, confidante, and critical friend to franchisees 
  • continually monitor core practice for compliance 
  • drive student enrolment and retention 
  • advise franchisees about marketing and promoting their centre 
  • network, with the intention to recruit franchise candidates 

Successful area managers are typically in possession of: 

  • business, marketing, and sales acumen 
  • adaptable communication styles 
  • accounting and arithmetic skills 
  • experience of setting goals and targets  
  • the ability to interpret data & analytics 
  • a solid grasp of leadership and management

This is a strategic role that is directly tied to the goals and objectives of the business, if you are not educated to degree level, you must be able to evidence substantial business experience and a proven record of accomplishment. 
 
It is essential that you hold a full Driving Licence and have the appropriate Right to Work. 

Recruitment: 

  • Stage 1 - Telephone Meeting with Recruitment Coordinator 
  • Stage 2 - Orientation Meeting; including proficiency tests in Maths, English, and Aptitude 
  • Stage 3 - Presentation to a panel, followed by a competency-based interview
